Refund and Return Eligibility

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@booklovers.boutique  with your order number and clear photos of the issue and we will take care of a replacement. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

  2. Incorrect Item Received: In the rare instance that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the incorrect item, and we will send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

How to Initiate a Refund or Return:

To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to hello@booklovers.boutique with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if a refund or return is deemed necessary.

  3. Return the Item (if required): If instructed to return the item, please do so within 7 days following our confirmation. We will provide you with the return address.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
